Bodywork at Work.


It works!

We designed our Corporate Massage and Energywork treatments specifically for the office environment.  Clients are fully clothed, and we never use oils, which can stain clothing.  We offer sessions in 10, 15, 30 and 45 minute increments, to accommodate lunch and break schedules.   Our clients experience an immediate sense of renewal and restoration, and return to work  energized, happy and ready to rock!

Meditation is based on the premise that the natural state of the mind is calm and clear.  At March2Wellness, our meditation classes teach you how to slow down, be present with yourself, and experience your mind as it is.  In the process, we get to know how our mind works.  We learn that wherever our mind is, we are.  We begin to see that we have a choice in the matter, and learn to notice - without attachment - our thoughts and feelings.   The benefits of a consistent meditation practice are seemingly endless.  Research has demonstrated that meditation:


  • Improves mental clarity, comprehension, memory and the ability to focus.
  • Increases creative expression
  • Stabilizes and strengthens one's internal frame of reference
  • There are multiple physical health benefits to meditation, as well.

  • By reducing the stress hormones circulating in the body, meditation directly affects blood sugar, blood pressure, the immune system, inflammatory responses, abdominal fat, bone density,  and muscle tone.

Sitting at a desk and working on a computer all day is a sure-fire way to develop aches and pains in your neck, back and shoulders.   Let our yoga instructors lead you through a series of meditative,  gentle stretches to release the tensions of gravity, inactivity and repetitive motions.   Leave refreshed and rejuvenated in both body and mind!  Classes are designed to allow you to participate in your work clothes, although skirts are not recommended.
